The apartment is comfortable enough but a bit dated as imagined from pictures. Worse, it was not thoroughly cleaned. Floors and LR furniture with dirt, crumbs, and dog hair. Dishes and kitchen supplies need to organized and deep cleaned. Absurdly, there was no soap for bathrooms and there was a small ironing board but no iron.
