“ The hotel is not very clean.”

“The facility had some maintenance issues. One of the room windows did not completely close allowing the highway noise and ants to creep into the room. The bathroom sink faucet was not functioning properly so no hot water. The shower curtain rod mounting bracket was installed upside down and would not keep the curtain closed during use. The microwave oven turntable was INOP. The bedroom had ants crawling throughout. The room was clean. Some of the staff was great, some on so ready to……

“Stayed for 3 nights during a road trip. We were disappointed in the size of the property. The breakfast area was quite small. Room was cramped for 2 people. Staff were rarely at desk and they did not seem to check on whether the breakfast was maintained. Ran out of coffee, a major no no, as well the water pitcher. Room was clean. Overall our rating was barely adequate.”

“Our stay was good. However, there were some loose fixtures in the bathroom such as curtain rod and towel racks. There were also some cracked floor tiles in the bathroom, but none of this affected functionality. The room was very clean It just needed a little maintenance or remodel. They had a full breakfast. Some foods were good and some were mediocre. It was plentiful, and you could eat as much as you want. Parking was good. There is a pool that we did not use. the pool did look good; it looked……
