The qual room was top of the line clean at check in for four day stay. excellent ground floor location to view the 3 deer in the morning that showed up to greet us. The owners are very helpful to any needs you have during the stay. The check in office is full of historical memorabilia and local information. This is our fourth hotel to stay in Winthrop. Its by far the best and worth it.
While it was initially challenging to not deal with a person on-site and do all the check-in remotely, it worked seamlessly and easily. The room was Spacious, very clean and had lots of extra features to make it feel like I was a valued customer. Location was good to access services and it felt very safe.
Excellent place to stay. Roomy and luxurious. Loved everything about our stay in Suite A. Will definitely stay there again. We thought all the lights were simply dim until we discovered each individual switch has a tiny dimmer slider next to it. Once we figured that out we were 100% happy. That’s on us. Definitely highly recommend this place. Close to everything but yet set back and quiet.
We will stay here again for sure. Room was very clean - comfortable bed - nice linens. There were sufficient places allowing access to luggage and gear. Parking was easy. The lobby was self serve with plates, silverware, mugs, ice, coffee, tea etc. Very pleased and highly recommend.
Raven Ridge upstairs suite was absolutely lovely! Every amenity was perfect, and the setting was peaceful and cozy. Great view of the mountains.. and deer!
The room was very clean and nice, except the outside of the coffee pot was a little dirty but it was easy to just wash it off in the sink. Had a great stay only other problem was there was NO front desk service the whole stay— I collected my keys myself which were sitting in an envelope in the lobby with the other guests keys (kind of concerning but I assume this is a very low crime area). I did try to call the front desk multiple times prior to my stay with a few questions but unfortunately was never able to connect to anyone. Otherwise a beautiful hotel in a great location, very quiet and cozy.
We LOVED our stay here. The room was beautiful with spectacular views off the deck. Self check in was so easy and the property owners are SO nice! It's an easy bike ride/ walk into town. I would 100% recommend this hotel to everyone! :)
I'm so glad I chose to stay here. The owners went out of their way to accommodate me as I had been on the road many days so I was plenty tuckered out.
In a great location if you like being just off the high traffic town area.
Was impressed with how clean my room was, and by the care that was taken to build and decorate.
Should I travel that way again, I will definitely make a point of staying here again.
Great little stay close to town. The room's interior was recently renovated which was really nice. We were able to walk to grocery store, ice rink, downtown all without issues which was also nice.
LOVED our stay at Mt Gardner Inn. The room was well equipped and cozy, self check-in was easy, and the location can’t be beat. Short scenic walk from downtown Winthrop with tons of food and drink options. Staff was so friendly and gave us recommendations :) Must come back!
We thoroughly enjoyed our one night stay - we wished we could have stayed another night! The bed was comfortable, the patio was a wonderful surprise, the surroundings were peaceful and lovely. We had a most pleasant evening/night at Mt. Gardner Inn, and if we ever get the opportunity - we'll be back, and spread the word amongst our friends!
