Wisbech Castle Tours

Loved the three story townhome, a/c was amazing on the top floor. We liked having a kitchen, and clothes washing machine/dryer. Very modern and well designed and decorated, easy walk from the town home to the hotel to use the gym. It was odd that all the windows and upstairs sliding glass door was open. Check in is strict, we arrived at 1515 and were told only at 1600 we could enter. Slider webs were on the ceiling, almost like it hadn’t been dusted, 1 complimentary dish soap was not provided, there were no oven mitts, so we couldn’t use the oven. We loved the living room couches and the patio with lighting, such a special touch, the blankets and pillows were great but I was not fond of the firmer bed, but still such a beautiful place. Location was confusing at first, there are no signs to tell you where to park and the hotel parking only has a few spots, so check in was a little rough, but we sorted it after a couple minutes. The hotel staff were amazing!

This hotel is extremely luxurious, the staff are friendly and attentive and the breakfast delicious. A highlight that surprised us was that all guests can book a tour of villages around Cambridge in the hotel vintage Bentley.. and it's free! Mike was our driver and tour guide, he was very friendly and told us loads of interesting things about the places we went to. Thank you v much Mike 👍 We'd come back to this hotel just to go in in the beautiful car!!
