It was clean with lots of amenities, such as the games, home theater, etc. which were enjoyed by everyone. The management was quick to answer our questions and bring over the few things that were missingOne suggestion would be to provide some things that we needed to bring ourselves, I.e. kitchen sponges, shampoo, dish towels, and other items that would be inexpensive to supply. The rooms were spacious, lots of areas for relaxing, eating, and games. Beds were comfortable and kitchen was well stocked. Property management was extremely responsive and helpful. There were so many things to do on the property, at the resort and the entire area. Only two "negatives"-- the interior of the home is not well insulated and conversations could be heard through walls and even floors/ceilings, and the bath towels were sub par. We've stayed in many hotels and rental homes so were quite disappointed in how coarse they were. And it wasn't just a few of them--it was all of them in every bathroom. Some felt so scratchy it was hard to even use them.
