When I checked in she was amazing so sweet so nice great customer service then when I get to the room was down hill after that was not clean tub was filthy toilet was even dirty AC broke second day then moved third day and The room was dirty and then moved rooms was not even any Better was just horrible and then the restaurant was rude and no service ignored for 20 min at the bar and I truly know it was cause I was lgbtq

Great location. Good bistro facing the strip. Easy hotel to navigate. Awful check in experience. Difficult to find a cup of coffee in the morning due to lines and slow service
