Amelia was such an accommodating host making special arrangements when we needed them on another part of our visit to NewFoundland. Amelia was very accessible by phone when I needed her for a question or two. I highly recommend this property and this host (she has other properties).”

“Stayed here for 5 nights with my husband and friend . Appointment at St. Clare’s hospital. Close to the hospital, Leo’s fish and chips ( a must try ) close to downtown. Great location. Very clean , comfortable, and everything thing that you need is in this place. “The loft is beautiful and couldn’t be in a better location. We loved being so close to downtown. Parking was surprisingly easy at the house considering the location. But do check the street sweeping schedule during your stay. The loft is well furnished and just has a wonderful vibe. Highly recommend. ”

“This is a very tastefully presented property with friendly, but unobtrusive hosts. Yes, the property is small, but it is workable with and the outdoor balcony provides a wonderful place to sit, watch and enjoy the view.The location allows exploration of the peninsula, easy access to Whale Watching and Puffin boat trips in Bay Bulls and then returning home. We both loved our stay in this accommodation.”

“A very comfortable, Fully equipped Basement Suite. Close proximity to anything you need, assigned parking spot. We had several snowfalls in the 21 days we stayed there and Israel always had the driveway and pathways cleared. Stayed here for 3 weeks while waiting for access to my apartment. I would definitely recommend this Suite to anyone visiting the area, good central location.”
