“The place was very clean and had a fridge, stove, dishwasher. Bed was comfortable and there was extra linen and comforter for couch bed. Included, coffee, pots pans, plates and silverware. Warning: To check in there is pre arrival forms to fill out. You need everything filled out including a picture of you holding your ID. I’m still not sure how the parking works that was supposed to be $20. I asked for parking and sent my car and plate information. We parked the car and got the ticket but we……

“My only complaint is that is was noisy and I think it was pipes clanging and not other guests. It woke us up and we are not overly fussy people . Great location but would choose differently because of the banging”

“A beautiful front yard with chairs to sit and enjoy a drink or people watching. A nice cafe for coffee, drinks or ice cream. In the studio room we had an induction hot plate with a pan and pot for cooking. A bar fridge (no freezer) for some groceries. Eating in saved a ton of money (get groceries before entering old town as selection is limited and pricey within). Loved the history and charm of the place and location. Free laundry room available for tenants was a great perk!”

“This location is perfect and close to Old Town. Great unit and clean. Hosts were very quick to respond and check in is seamless. Would definitely stay here again if visiting Quebec City”

“Nothing special, but it does the trick. It should be priced lower. This is an honest opinion. We didn’t hate the place but the location is the best part. Also, a few things should be fixed the towel racks are broken in the bathroom. Also the handle in the shower is broken. The carpet is gross you need a new one and the biggest thing is the entrance to the building doesn’t actually lock and needs to be serviced. If you’re looking for a good review, maintain the property.”

“It was clean, bathroom is tiny as is the shower. The email did not notify us that we need to lock the door behind us, so we didn't and only discovered this when we came back. The room is bright at night due to light getting around the blinds. Parking is confusing, what we determined is that because we were there 1 night on the weekend, we were good to park in the adjacent lot otherwise, I have no idea where to park.”
