The pool and balcony area were filthy. The pool was cold in spite of there being a pool heater which wasn't operational. When we complained about it to Q Stay( they mange the apartment on behalf of a private owner) they said the pool is not advertised as being heated. Q Stay said they would send house keeping to clean inside but not outside. Was a very tight squeeze for my SUV. Not a bad location for access to Southbank, arts centre etc. staff were friendly and helpful. Room was a bit run down - lots of space and kitchen/laundry were great, but bedroom and bathroom could use a touch up.
