Check in staff seemed like they were on drugs and threw up while checking us in. Only parking was on the bottom parking deck where at 1am there was a crowd of young people smoking and hanging out

The property was clean and neat. The staff was not knowledgeable about entry ways and the use of keys. I almost got locked out because the front-desk agent that checked us in, told me I did not need a key for certain doors. Breakfast was ok, but not enough turkey and chicken for all guest. There seemed to be no cameras when you use the stairs. That was a big safety concern. The room set up was awesome and loved the full size fridge and dish washer. I will use the hotel again.

I liked the layout of the Suite. Bed was comfortable and living room very roomy. I really liked the size of the kitchen area, refrigerator and microwave, very convenient for a family. The only things was I could hear a bit a of movement upstairs which was a little loud don't know if that was down the hall or since the kitchen has tile it could be noisy. But I will definitely stay there again.

In all the home2 suites that I have stayed in, they treat me as a member and give me two bottles of water. In this hotel, the receptionist told me that this facility was different and they did not give members a bottle of water. Also, the bed was uncomfortable. I woke up with back pain. It is the first time that this happens with home2 suite. Finally there was a lot of noise upstairs. Unpleasant experience. I will never come back to this hotel again.
