With a long garden leading to open fields, the views are rivalled by few, providing a perfect secluded spot to for a sundowner. With the most fabulous local store, a bakery, a butcher and two local pubs, once you have arrived you have no need to get back in the car - everything is available on foot. For those wanting to go further afield there are forests to explore, cultural events at Snape Maltings, the renowned Unruly Pig just outside Woodbridge and the popular seaside town of Aldeburgh only a 20-minute drive away. This charming cottage has a lovely, open-plan living and dining room at the front with a fantastic open fireplace, smart TV, two armchairs, a sofa and a dining table for 4 people. Next to the living room is a well-equipped, shaker-style kitchen and there is a family bathroom located towards the back of the property benefitting from a walk-in shower, wash basin and WC. Please note there is no bath at this property. Upstairs there are two beautifully decorated bedrooms, one king size with bedside tables, a built-in wardrobe, a chest of drawers and a second with two small single beds, bedside tables and storage. Please note the stairs are fairly steep so please take care when using them. Outside there is a long back garden with fabulous views and outdoor furniture and a BBQ, perfect for enjoying an evening meal with a glass of wine during the summer months. Ground Floor: Open-plan living and dining room with open fireplace, two armchairs, a sofa, fridge-freezer and a dining table and chairs for 4 people Well-equipped kitchen with oven, induction hob, kettle, toaster, storage and sink Shower room with walk-in shower, wash basin and WC First Floor: First bedroom with king-size bed, bedside tables, built-in wardrobe and chest of drawers Twin bedroom with bedside table and storage Outside: Long back garden with fabulous views and outdoor table and chairs Please note this property allows one well behaved dog from April through until September. As dog owners we hope yours has a wonderful stay too. Please keep your dog downstairs, off the furniture and not unattended. Whilst enjoying the big garden please be mindful that they’re clean on entering and not too noisy for the neighbours. Jun 23, 2025 Liked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy #### Lovely locations Lovely little terrace house in a great location. Very steep stairs and low doorway for staircase so kept bumping out heads and could do with a foam protector on door frame. Kitchen is small so not ideal for cooking in but otherwise lovely decor and good shower. We still have not received our damage deposit back though and it has been more than 3 weeks since our stay and there was no damage to the property or the contents and not contact about it either.
