No Elevator!!

We were booked into a room on the second floor initially. Once I was told that there was not an elevator, the gentleman immediately offered to see if there was anything open on the first floor. We were able to be rebooted into a pet friendly first floor room. For being pet friendly the room was really clean and NO odder at all! Best reference is great staff! Worst complaint: NO ELEVATOR TO ASSIST WITH BAGGAGE, OR HANDICAP PEOPLE!!!!

Very nice room, looks comfortable and don’t smell. Staff nice, professional ,and very helpful. I would make this hotel chain my first when I am traveling out of town. keep up the good work.

Pros: Location, price.
Cons: General upgrade, get rid of the stink in the lobby.
How to make it an interesting stay... get a room across from a guy getting arrested late one evening. The hotel was ok, completely did the job I needed for a few days. It is not so close to Potomac Mills, about 5 miles drive.

Stay was ok facility is kind of old but the staff was helpful and very friendly. Breakfast good and location is convenient to stores and interstate. The rates our not over the top. Only problem i notice was my room #137 the door had a inch a half to two inch gap at the bottom of the door where you could see into the hallway had to put towels at the bottom of the door NEEDS TO BE FIXED IMMEDIATELY!

Room was comfortable and clean! The staff in the morning was really nice and asked about our stay. She was much more engaged than night time staff.

looks are deceiving

Pros: decent location and they allowed for late check out as I was in town for an event.
Cons: have the pictures be accurate to the venue
Location: location was fine. not to far from the mall
So, I booked my room based on the photos. Little did I know they were stock photos and the hotel looks NOTHING like the pictures. The curtains were torn, there was long blond hair in the bathroom (my hair is BROWN); no safety grips to get in/out of the slippery tub.

Older hotel, with a damp smell, but clean room.

The hotel needs a serious update. Damp smell when entering the lobby; old carpet in the lobby, on the stairs, and throughout. If I had not paid on line and hadn't needed somewhere to stay right at that moment, I would have looked elsewhere based on my first impression. The room was clean and comfortable, but still had the smell. I couldn't get past the smell.

An acceptable option

An older property, a bit remov d from the shopping area of Woodbridge. Facilities were clean and adequate; breakfast area is very small. Staff were all most pleasant.
