"Hands down the best small house, 2 bedrooms, right on the water. Had the most enjoyable week by myself with various friends stopping by. I live in Naples, Florida but wanted some time at the beach. The house is fully stocked with everything you could possibly need. The owner, Ella, is a real sweetheart."

"Location is marvelous: Quiet, surrounded by nature. The porch alone is worth the stay, and having the beach a mere mile or so down the road? Eliminates questions about what to do (but bring footware!) Challenges: keycode system is insane, and also non-functional. Glad we had the keys instead. Especially as the promised beach towels were still in the cellar. Thanks to Vacasa team for working us through the entry issues. Otherwise? "Our group was three women ages 55 to 84 and a 20 month old toddler. Mostly a very positive experience, but it would have been nice to have sliding glass door blinds or draperies for privacy in the living room, as it faced the main house. Also there were a lot of loose cords and cables in the living room which were enticing to a toddler. Except for the stairs which were difficult for the 84 year old and toddler, we would definitely consider returning here."

"The house could’ve been amazing if the owners made a few improvements. Pool is not heated which makes it unusable, and it is constantly filled with leaves and other debris. Outdoor furniture rusted and/or in bad repair. We had many issues with appliances not working or breaking while we were there. Kitchen drawers and cabinets were filthy, had to wash everything before we used. Otherwise house was clean expect for lots of dog hair. House has nice furniture and comfortable beds. Treacherous...
