After checking in, we found that the room was extremely dirty and outdated. There were noticeable stains on both the carpet and the sofa, and the kitchen sink was rusted. The overall condition of the room was far below our expectations. We spoke with the hotel manager, who acknowledged the issue and told us that we could cancel our stay and leave without any charges. Based on that assurance, we checked out immediately. However, I still see a charge on my credit card. This was the first time I have had such a disappointing experience when booking through Expedia. I would appreciate Expedia assistance in ensuring that this charge is removed or refunded as promised.
