"It was a nice clean hotel with a great front desk clerk. The room was very nice, only complaint we had was that we were near the exit door and the last night we were there people kept coming and going at all hours of the night and slamming the door. Otherwise, it was a great stay."

"If you have a person that LOVES to fish, like I do, this is the hotel for you! This is the 2nd time we stayed here and we will be back. The check in was fast and the staff is very helpful about where to eat and things to do. This hotel was built in 1942 (Elvis stayed at this hotel when he filmed "Follow that Dream"), so there are not a lot of amenities. Our room had 2 full size beds which we wanted, (this hotel offers rooms with queen beds) with modern comforters and sheets. It is Very clean and a little dated bathroom. It has a micro wave and a small refrigerator and Wi-Fi. There is a restaurant on site and a place on site to rent boats and kayaks. Most of all you can sit outside on your balcony and watch a beautiful sunset."

"We loved our time here! The kids had fun fishing off the dock and looking for manatees. We had lots of them visiting us which was super exciting. We really enjoyed using the kayaks to go explore the river! Hopefully we’ll be back for another stay next summer."
