“This little property is tidy, clean and has all the important amenities. It is surprisingly close to good restaurants and markets. We also liked the convenience of being so close to KP Hole. The whole "village" of homes is surprisingly quiet, and all the guests are very respectful and courteous. Even the dogs are very well behaved! The manager was super quick to answer any questions we had. Overall all our needs were met and were so happy for the value we got!”

“Our host Mark was as welcoming, friendly and accommodating as possible. We had an amazing weekend in the area and the property was a great place to rest after an active day. Extremely quiet and peaceful. Everything was perfect and we are truly grateful for our time there. I would 1000% recommend for couples who need to unplug. Don’t miss a bird and critter filled walk on the trail right out of the back gate either.”

“Haven at Rainbow Springs exceeded our expectations! Location was perfect - walking distance to my mom. The home was clean and comfortable. There was plenty of work areas for our remote workers. The Rec Room and patio/pool area were great for morning yoga and cooling off after runs. The hosts were super responsive. “Location was perfect. VRBO states it sleeps 8 when it had room for 6 but perfect for 4 people. Never got an answer about checking in early and got text with code at 5 minutes to 4:00\. Wi-Fi had issues. We had a set of bowls and plates for 4 people(we were 5 people) again it states sleeps 8 and seating for 4 at table. We had issues with ants and cockroaches but it is florida. No pans for the oven just stove top. With the issues stated above I’d still rent this unit again and bring the stuff we……

“This was a great girl's trip spot. The bungalow was perfect, very comfortable and extremely clean. The location was great for river fun. Please note there isn't direct river access from the bungalows, but KP Hole park is a very short walk away. “I just stayed at Rainbow River Bungalows with friends for two nights and it was perfect! The space was clean, comfy, cozy and included everything we would normally need at home. We rented our kayaks directly from our rental for 40$ and the perk was you could keep it out all day and walk to the launch and not worry about your car. The bungalow includes a pass for you to drop your kayak at the boat/kayak launch at KP hole which is about a 3 min walk down the road. The kayaks have wheels that store……
