Because the hotel was very crowded, our room wasn’t ready when we arrived so we were given drink coupons and sent to the bar. Everything was very clean. “Tal vez su infraestructura y comodidades tan solo sean de un 4\*, pero definitivamente nunca antes en la vida me habían atendido tan bien. Definitivamente la excelencia en el servicio al pasajero de este hotel es la mejor que he vivido y todos mis años viajando y se merecen todas las estrellas con las que pueda calificar... recomendado 110%. (PD: Pregunten por Anthony, uno de los Gerentes, y se encargará de darles el mejor servicio). Maybe its infrastructure and amenities are only 4 \*, but...
