The room was quite clean and well ventilated; I didn't feel the need to use the AC most of the time. The common areas are beautifully decorated. I didn't use the pool or eat the breakfast, which is a separate charge, so I have no comment on them. I found the drinking water situation a little bit annoying. It's not provided in the rooms, so you have to fill one of the provided cups -- cups rather pitchers or bottles, mind you -- from a dispenser in the lobby. Otherwise, I was quite satisfied with my stay.

Great location and beautiful property. Underground parking is amazing for that area.

This hotel has a fantastic location. Restaurants abound, La Plancha Park is at the end of the Gastronomic Street, Paseo Montejo is a block away with mansions, museums, restaurants, shop, and pedestrian Sundays. The staff is bilingual and couldn’t be nicer. The pool area is an oasis. I especially enjoyed it at sunset.

The condo was across the street from the beach. The beach was not as depicted in the pictures. No private beach access. We had to go up several blocks to the boardwalk for public beach access. Instructions on how to access the WiFi and TV could have been communicated better. TV was reported not working but was not corrected during our 7 day stay. The electricity went off for 1 morning and management did respond quickly but was instructed to only use one burner on the stove. Washer was very loud and no dryer. The sewer did smell from the bathroom sink, no toilet seat on second bathroom. Only a pair of towels for each bathroom. Too much light coming through the blinds at night. The master AC would freeze up at night. Not enough hot water. Good for one hot shower. I was disappointed with the condo.

Mansion Mérida was nothing short of exceptional. Excellent staff and amenities in a beautiful and unique setting. The attention of staff and even the owner was incredible. The breakfast (included) was delicious. Highly recommend!
