Room was clean but dated. Some furniture needs replaced power drapes need some repairs. Otherwise quiet and comfortable

The hotel itself had a great aesthetic, a beautiful pool area, and the staff was friendly and welcoming. Unfortunately, the actual room experience was very disappointing. The room was extremely small for my husband, daughter, and myself. The space felt very cramped, including the bathroom, and it made the stay uncomfortable overall. In addition, the TV in the room was broken and would not shut off unless it was unplugged. When I went behind the TV to unplug it, I discovered piles of dust built up behind it. Once the dust was disturbed, the air conditioning circulated it throughout the room, which unfortunately triggered an asthma flare-up. To make matters worse, there was also hair left in the bathtub when I went to shower, which raised concerns about the cleanliness of the room. While the property has a lot of potential aesthetically, the cleanliness, maintenance, and room size made this stay far below expectations.

The best hotel I’ve stayed at in a long time . The staff is so polite and helpful . They accommodated all our requests. The rooms are soooo spacious and clean and the location is prime .. 10/10

Front desk customer service was awful. The worst

There is a food truck event on Tuesdays, bike rental delivery and so much more. The front desk staff were amazing and the place was nice and cozy for my little family. I would definitely recommend for others and would also stay again.
