I enjoyed my stay because the staff was friendly and helpful. The location is convenient because its near the metro and has different places to eat at. Im more than appreciated of the services the hotel provided and if there was any questions or minor issues they took care of it right away.

Das Personal ist freundlich und hilfsbereit, sprechen zum Teil sogar deutsch. Das Management ist leider nicht besonders. Bei nur drei Gästen sollte man erwarten, dass die Gäste angemeldet sind und bekannt ist ob bereits bezahlt wurde oder nicht. Diese Info musste erst telefonisch erfragt werden.... Es sind auch nicht alle, in der Beschreibung gemachten Ausstattungen im Zimmer vorhanden, z.B. keine Minibar oder ein Wasserkocher. Frühstück war ausreichend und gut. Da es sehr kalt im Zimmer war, wurde mir ein zusätzlicher Heizkörper organisiert, ohne dass ich gefragt hätte. Wie gesagt am Personal liegt es nicht.
