Pools for children in Japan are few and far between. It was so nice to go to a hotel that was so child-friendly! The rooms were spacious and the view was great.

It was easier to get to from Haneda Airport than we had even dreamed. There is a bus line that was quite easy to find at the airport that drops you off right at the door. I believe it is The keikyu Limousine Bus line. We bought tickets at the counter that were approximately 8 bucks each. Ride from Airport with stops was about 70 minutes. And the Hotel itself was FANTASTIC. Wonderful location right next to the big wheel on the waterfront with lots to do within walking distance. My only complaint is no coffee in room and no coffee shops open in the area until late. I'm an early riser and like to have coffee around 5am or so. Most shops did not open until at least 7am. Coffee in the room would have solved that dilemma. No matter. We loved our one night stay and highly recommend this hotel and would stay here again if we return to Yokohama.

Great location to overlook the night view of Minatomirai, within 10-15min walk to the JR station and metro station. Friendly staff and decent service. Although the decorations were a little bit outdated, they did a good job in maintenance.

The carpeting on the 20th floor and in our room 2026 as to be replaced! Carpeting was stained ed with a musty smell! There was a needed dehumidifier in our room? The breakfast plan ant the hotel was overpriced - equvskwnt if $80.00 Canadian per couple!!! The staff was very attentive.

Would love to stay here again! The staff was amazing and very helpful. The view of the harbor was spectacular both day and night. Overnight in Yokohama is not long enough.
