Shinagawa Prince Hotel
The hotel location was excellent, with easy access to the train station. The breakfast at this hotel was excellent too. However, the Annex building was lacking proper maintenance. E.g. the air conditioning did not work; the bathroom sink did not drain properly; the carpet was grungy and dirty.

Hotel Villa Fontaine Grand Tokyo-ariake
Clean rooms. Staff were nice. Good area near a train station. A few convenience stores around and a mall connected to the hotel.

Grand Prince Hotel Shin Takanawa
The hotel is very good value for 5 star hotel Location excellent next to the train station and also clean. I stayed at 4 point by Marriott cost more and the room fit only 1 persons with no amenities.
