The space  
This is a very charming and stylishly updated unit that is perfect for families or large groups. This unit is a 1st-floor unit located in a 4-family private home with its own private entrance. There are 4 bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms. There is an additional sofa bed in the living room. It is located in a quiet, safe, and historic neighborhood. The unit can comfortably fit 12 people (1 Queen, 3 Full, 2 Twins, 1 sofa bed).  
  
A few additional details--   
  
Central Manhattan (Times Square, Madison Square Garden, etc.) is accessible by bus + subway, train, and car from the house. By car - 30 minutes, train - 25-30 minutes, bus + subway - 50 minutes. The train option is probably the least costly because by car you would need to likely pay for parking. The Metro North train ride is approximately $6-7 and the train stop is 15 minute walk from the house. Alternatively, you can Uber to the train station (\~3-minute Uber ride).  
  
The unit is free of clutter and maintained in immaculate condition. The fridge is empty and sparkling.  
  
In addition to the driveway, plentiful/free/unrestricted street parking is available. The Samsung washer and dryer are accessible to guests. Lastly, this home has a patio/backyard at the rear of the home with table and chairs. Perfect for unwinding and relaxing after a long day touring the city!  
  
There are some terrific food options near the home, and we will be happy to help you discover these options!

Enjoy the whole apt: Full kitchen, Large Dining room, 3 full bathrooms, 1 Laundry room, and massive living room. Outside you have access to the side deck with a table and chairs. You also have 4 parking spots on the driveway and plenty of free street parking.  
  
Other things to note  
We like to have a sense of who will be renting the house and why you are coming to the area. Please be sure to include the last name when you sign up for Airbnb, and please tell us who will be staying at the house, including the number of adults and children, and the ages of children. We really appreciate hearing a bit about you, your travel plans, etc.   
  
You do not need to bring sheets and towels. All sheets and towels will be freshly washed for your arrival. The house itself will be professionally cleaned for your arrival and will be professionally cleaned upon your departure. We ask that you kindly leave the house tidy and put dishes in the dishwasher and turn on the dishwasher when you leave. Thank you!

Very clean and spacious apartment, close to the city and to great restaurants in Yonkers. Our host was responsive and accommodating. I would recommend renting this place.

Overall good. There was a cat smell in the main bedroom closet. Also there were no face clothes. We had to buy some. It was great having separate air conditioning in each room. The location was close to everything we wanted to do.

#### Great Westchester stay

We were a family group in town to visit NYC for a graduation and to visit family in Dobbs Ferry. The location was great with ample parking for our cars. The house has comfortable bedrooms, just as seen in photos; and two large rooms for gathering as a group. We took the Hudson MTA in and out of the city and this was convenient. Definitely visit the Untermyer Gardens- a gem! Communication with the host was easy and efficient.

#### Large space for family 

Very nice place for a big family! There are two spacious living rooms, which was great for everyone to hang out and relax. The parking space is large, which made things super easy for us. The location is also very convenient—just a short walk to the train station, so getting to the city was no problem at all.The house has an older style, but for the price, it’s still a great deal. It was comfortable, functional, and had everything we needed. Would definitely recommend for families or groups looking for space and convenience on a budget.

#### Great square footage for 12 people, very spacious.

This was the perfect location for 12 people to gather and celebrate our Sons Wedding Celebration. The communication with the host, ease of location and renovated location was beyond comfortable. We will use this location again when we go back to enjoy our new NYC Bronx Family members.

#### Big space!

This was a great space for a large group (6) and provided many common areas for gathering and spending time together. The host was super responsive and even checked in during our stay. Our biggest complaint is that for the price of the property it was not as clean as we would have liked. A couple of the towels had stains. The walls and doors needed to be washed and the front & back of the house was not well kept. Overall, this property served its purpose, but could use a good clean.

#### Would definitely book again!

The place was great! It fit all of us comfortably. The only difference is that there was only 4 rooms, not 5\. The 5th room was the living room with a big comfortable couch so I did not mind. Everyone enjoyed their stay!
