House Rules:
• Max occupancy: 6 guests. No exceptions.
• Dog-friendly: 3 dogs allowed. First dog stays free. Any additional dog is $50. Leash required outdoors. Owner is responsible for any damage.
• No smoking inside or on the deck. $200 fine + cleaning fees.
• Quiet hours: 9 PM – 8 AM. $200 fine for disturbances. Noise monitoring in use—tampering prohibited.
• No parties or gatherings. $500 fine + immediate eviction.
• Must be 21+ to book. Valid ID required.
• Use of the home and amenities is at your own risk. We’re not liable for accidents, injuries, or theft.
• Pool & hot tub are open daily from 9 AM – 10 PM (weather dependent). Pool is not heated.

Beautiful and spacious, modern mountain home, packed with all the amenities you could need for your trip. Very peaceful neighborhood, about 20 minute drive to town for activities and groceries. Highly recommend staying here, we will be back!

Amazing house with nothing lacking but more time to enjoy. Beautiful panoramic views of the Smoky Mountains. Daily deer visits. Close to the beautiful pool and fitness center. Highly recommend.

What a view!

This property was perfect for a quiet relaxing mountain getaway! Sitting out on the deck in the morning watching the sunrise over the mountains was absolutely the best way to start the day! The house itself was amazing, Love the modern architecture! If you are into outdoor activities there were a number of beautiful waterfall hikes within a short drive. Would 100% stay again and will be telling friends about this

Amazing Home Away from Home

Our expectations were beyond surpassed at this beautiful mountain escape. The views were incredible, the home felt like “home”. They thought of every need we could have and had it covered. The house itself was clean and well kept. It functioned perfectly for our family of four. The area was super fun to explore with lots to do. This one will be hard to beat! Can’t wait to return in the future.

The property was great and just like advertised. We made a short trip for a wedding, (we took our pups). Loved the views and the house. Only complaint was around hot tub, needed cleaned well just swept around. Some spiderwebs needed knocked down. To sum up, we loved the house and everything about it.
