The resort was the perfect get away . Food was amazing and the staff was very friendly. I would definitely be going back .

The staff were friendly but they needed more restaurant staff and not have one person serving and working the bar at the same time. Excellent location for relaxation. Food was very nice and not to expensive. The rooms were big and comfortable but need updating especially the rooms with tubs. No hand trails

This hotel has great potential. The location is excellent, the views are gorgeous, and the staff are friendly and accommodating. The walk to the beach was longer than expected and involved many stairs, but it made for a good workout. Unfortunately, several aspects of our stay fell short. Although the hotel advertised a swim-up bar, it was unavailable, leaving the pool area without service. Even if the bar is not operating, having a staff member check on guests and offer refreshments would improve the experience. The pool did not appear to be maintained daily, and the food lacked flavor. Additionally, we had to wait for another guest to return a blow dryer, which suggested there may have been only one available for the hotel. One evening, we returned to find our room covered in rain flies. They were on the pillows, curtains, headboard, sheets, and floors. When we called for assistance, we were told the insects may have been attracted to the lights and that the issue developed because of the rain. Regardless of the cause, encountering that many insects throughout our room was unpleasant. Our departure was also challenging. No one was available to assist with our luggage because the receptionist said she was the only staff member at the hotel. We had to carry our bags down the stairs ourselves and ask our taxi driver for help. With greater attention to maintenance, staffing, amenities, and the overall guest experience, this hotel could better live up to its potential.
