It's located two short walkable blocks from Plumas Street. Plumas Street is home to the towns bests restaurants, bars, coffee shops and entertainment options in Yuba City's charming downtown. A 5-10 minute drive from the Rideout Hospital/Adventist Health medical complex, this home is perfect for travel nurses/medical staff. Owned by the same family for over 50 years, this charming home was recently remodeled in 2020. The space The space is ideal for a professional who's looking for a clean, safe place to land at the end of a work day. It boasts a new front-loading washer and dryer, new kitchen appliances and a completely remodeled bathroom with a tub and shower. It offers a dining area that can be used as a work space or hosting new friends for dinner.
