“What a fantastic place to stay! I took my 4 kids and my mom for a single night to visit the area but would gladly book a week stay and would have plenty to do on site!! Crafts, activities, pool, beach, hot tub, all up to date and well managed. We rented the 2 bedroom upstairs unit. Plenty of space, bathrooms were up to date with a bubble tub as well. Rooms were spacious and the kitchen was just right. Check in and out was a breeze and I even received an email from the resort after my Expedia……

“We were there for a basketball tournament. Close to the HS and shopping area. Totally an amazing stay!!! Games that were provided were great, great selection of CDs, and TV options were great!!! Place was totally clean and beds were comfortable. Parking was perfect - right at front door!!! Just one thing - more toilet rolls”

“Really loved our stay. Was originally going with my son for spring break. At the last minute, one of his friends and friends' dad came along as well. Was worried if the place was big enough but no issues at all. Everyone was comfortable and had a great time. Real ski in/out makes such a big difference. Would definitely stay here again.”

“It had everything we needed, easy 5 min away from downtown kings beach and quiet neighborhood to relax in. Enjoyed pickleball courts and pool in evening too.”

“The condo was clean, and well-equipped and the location was awesome. The view from the balcony was breathtaking. Check-in/check-out was a breeze and communication with the property management company made the entire process super easy.I highly recommend staying at Whitecaps Lakefront Lookout and will definitley book the condo again!”

“Stayed over Memorial Day weekend to celebrate the 94th birthday of my mom who lives in a nearby senior living facility. This location was perfect for driving into Grass Valley (a tad too far and hilly for a comfy walk from town). The apartment was spacious with a nice, small kitchen and wonderful views of the pine lined mountains in the distance. A great rate and comfy get away.”

“Our stay at Cozy Condo on the 4th Fairway of Plumas Pines Golf Course was nothing short of magical. The property itself was great, with views of the golf course and river. The accommodations were comfortable, clean, and well-appointed. Elizabeth provided more than we could've ever imagined. “Off peak ski resort summer vacation is my new favorite trip. The condo is exactly as pictured, very clean, easy parking access, great balcony for watching the sunrise. I would definitely stay here again for another getaway. Although I didn’t use it, ski locker for winter months is easily accessible but main gondola is on the other side of the village/ice rink (but still not far)”

“We stayed 2 nights in late June. The property was as advertised; no issues. Great views of Donner Lake, but the water is still frigid in late June, so we only dipped our toes in. It is a short drive to the restaurants and shopping in Truckee. Not very far to the north shore of Lake Tahoe either. Overall, we had a good stay. ”
