"It was clean and in a great location near steps from the beach. As all hotels are across the street from the beach, The Savoy might has well been beach front The only free amenities are beach towels and a beverage bar. They provided water and juice. Supposedly coffee and tea. They did make it for me most of the time, but a few times the staff looked put out when adding hot water to a mug and giving me a tea bag outside of breakfast time. Most of the time the front desk staff was nice and helpful. I could not find the door to the rooftop deck. The seal on the bottom of my shower was broken and on the ground by the shower before I entered the room. I only did the breakfast buffet one day. It was a typical Israeli breakfast and very enjoyable. Currently due to all of the construction in Tel Aviv, it could get noisy at times. The construction started around 7am. However this would afffect almost every hotel in the city."

"It was a great place to stay! It is accross from the beach and accessible to public transit. The food (buffet style) at the hotel is excellent. The staff is very cheerful, friendly and helpful. The pool area is sunny with a goodnview of the beach. The location is safe and walkable during the day and night. The area has lots of young people, and young families with a sprinkling older folks. Regardless of age everyone in the area is friendly. There are lots of restaurants, pubs, and shopping nearby."

Building is rich with history, location is excellent- walk all over easily and free bikes to use to ride along the famed path the entire length of Tel Aviv. "Parking cost an additional $25 per day; it is a secure underground facility. The driving lanes are very narrow, making it difficult to maneuver even in a small car. In addition, we had to pay an extra $70 tax for the room. The view from the window was stunning, the surroundings were quite quiet, and the room itself was very comfortable. Room service was excellent. Breakfast at the local coffee shop was also great."

"Good hotel overall. Decent rooms although aircon wasn’t great. Good breakfast with wide range of food. They need to find a way of keeping the pigeons away from the outdoor seating. Pool area is good and spacious, but water slightly cold. I think this mainly because of the positioning of the pool. The hotel building blocks out a lot of sunlight for large parts of the day which is a shame. Staff could have been more friendly. But otherwise a good experience."
