The suite I booked had a small pool, and I was told it was the only one with heated water, which was a lie.
There were so many flies at lunchtime that it was almost impossible to enjoy the food. I asked for salsa but they never brought it, I asked for no mushrooms in my eggs and they put them in anyway. Very poor service.

We had four rooms amongst our adult family members and three of the couples had to change rooms because they were inadequate or not very clean.
