“Our stay was very pleasant. We traveled with a group and rented two adjacent rooms. Each room had a balcony with breathtaking views of the mountains. It was truly peaceful and serene. The ladies who operate the hotel are wonderful and cook delicious breakfasts each morning—you can smell the freshly baked goods from the room. The property is clean and well maintained. Ending the day of hiking with a sauna was perfection.”

“Great location and helpful (mostly English speaking) reception staff.
One thing to note is that the car park access requires reception to open the barrier. The night staff (just after 8pm) wouldn’t let us in as he couldn’t find our booking. Despite the fact that I showed him our key! Eventually sorted but a challenge.”

“Terrible place! Avoid! I booked premium double room for my parents. I was shocked when they sent me photos of what room they got. Tiny room with 2 single beds, no space to even open door to bathroom. The bed mattresses had springs coming out so my parents had 3 sleepless nights. I can see from other reviews that other guests complaint about the beds for a few years now and the hotel didn’t bother to replace them!
The photos online are presenting rooms as a premium but what you get it’s……

“This was one of the true highlights of our vacation. I can’t recommend this place more highly. Comfortable room, delicious food, and fantastic family care. We needed some extra help, and they were super helpful. I especially loved the breakfast. Be sure to get it. Cute architecture. Highland aesthetic. Convenient to everything.
