"We had a lovely stay over several days. Breakfast was meh. The place is not fancy. But the location is great--a quiet spot on the water. The room was spacious, and the balcony was such a nice amenity. The hotel is in a rural, residential area, so bring food before heading out. There is a seafood restaurant next door, but it is closed certain days of the week. It is a bit of a drive to other restaurants or grocery stores. But that was part of the appeal. We loved being in a quiet spot to just enjoy the water. Our last day, we got up early and watched the sunrise. We are looking forward to returning!"

"I was booking another night stay at the front desk and I was explaining that I felt like I was catching a cold. Another front desk attendant overheard and made me a "Get Well" bag."

Our room was spotless, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. You can really tell they take pride in keeping the place clean and well-maintained. Definitely one of the best spots we’ve stayed at—highly recommend!"

"This lovely place was one of the best we’ve ever stayed at. Everything was well stocked. It was exactly as advertised, but better. It’s one of the most peaceful places we’ve found. Our dogs loved it, because they had so much space to roam and explore. We loved the beach. The host even laid a bonfire for us down there, so all we had to do is light it. So many places in the house, as well, to relax. Screened rooms balconies, etc. We enjoyed waking up in the morning to watch the deer in the field from our bed. We can’t wait to go back!!"

"We have stayed at many rentals and this was certainly one of our favorites! Katie is the most gracious host and was available to answer any questions we had. The house is beautifully decorated and the space is well-thought out. The house is fully stocked and we had everything we needed.My husband loved the hot tub and we both loved the huge yard! We both thought Katie's place delivered both a wonderful place to stay at a reasonable price. We will DEFINITELY return! Thanks, Katie! "

"A cozy, private, quiet (except for acorns falling on the roof, lol) sweet little cabin! We loved that it was pet-friendly and close to a winery. At first we were hesitant about having no WiFi, but it was the unplugged R&R that we actually needed!"
