For example, rips in curtain in bedroom, no iron in the room, broken toilet seat, no kettle, dirty hottub, only one jet working in hottub, cracks and marks on the bedroom walls, dirty tablecloth at lunch on day of arrival, 2 broken lamps in the room. We were not told you needed to book the hottub amongst other things, which we had to find out for ourselves or from other guests staying at the...

"The staff at the hotel are extremely lovely and welcoming. From the receptionist to the bar lady to the cleaner all were great. The room has all the facilities needed for self catering inc microwave/pots/pans/stove etc. The hotel is located on the quieter side of laganas strip which I find as a bonus. 15min walk to the bars/clubs"
