“Una auténtica vergüenza. Sin aire acondicionado, telarañas por la habitación, sin tirador de la persiana con lo cual no podías subir la persiana, calor durante la noche. Y aunque pudieras subir la persiana, podrían poner al menos una mosquitera o se te mete, como se me metió, toda la fauna del lugar. A las 3:00 am me tuve que marchar para buscar otro hotel. No volveré jamás.”

“A beautiful dreamy Parador! Within most peaceful nature filled grounds, the rooms were exceptionally clean even with back garden access! Delicious breakfast either in the dinning room or garden terraza! Staff is super friendly and helpful with sharing information. Awesome bar with exceptional views of the gardens and sunset! Reyes the owner has done a tasteful makeover with modern bathroom on site parking, generous kitchen amenities and a helpful and friendly welcome to her guests. Enhorabuena- congratulations Reyes. We'd love to visit if passing again and 1 hour to Bilbao port is a bonus for certain travellers.”

“Desde el principio la comunicación con el personal ha sido hostil. Hicieron caso omiso de mis peticiones. En una localidad donde no hay servicios, tienen inhabilitado el microondas. No se puede calentar ni un vaso de agua para hacer una infusión. El bar restaurante cerrrado todos los días. Ausencia de personal. Ten envían un código de acceso y se quedan tan anchos.Dicen "vistas a la montaña", lo que no dicen es que además a los contenedores de basuta y a los tubos de refrigeración. Nada de……

“Très bon hôtel, près de l'autoroute , propreté impeccable, parking et station essence. Le petit moins j'aurais aimé avoir un grand café au petit déjeuner. L' hôtel accepte les chiens et propose même des gamelles Deuxième fois que je fais une étape dans cet hôtel et j'en suis très satisfaite A bientôt c'est avec plaisir que je reviendrai Catherine”

“We planned to stay for only 1 night - but after the warm reception and the incredible meal we decided to stay an extra night. The building has been tastefully renovated - keeping its 400 year old charm while offering rhe modern comforts of stong water pressure, air conditioner and a lift! Definitely not a given even in 4 star accomodation in some of these smaller towns. The hotel owners make you feel like family - so lovely and hospitable. Highly recommend to anyone who wants a quality,……
