Lovely big apartment. Great area. Easy walking to most places. Also plenty of trams. Needed earplugs as busy road outside. Check in wasn't good. Was sent no information. Had to phone to find out where to pick up keys. A place that closed soon after I got there. Would have been good to have been sent that information first, especially as the place to pick them up closes at 11pm. Apart from that the place was great and would stay there again.

The hotel is very beautiful, well maintained and the staff are very friendly and accommodating! I would especially like to mention the manager Jiri (George), who was exceptionally nice!
There however are some things that I must mention, that should be noted. First of all, there is no air conditioning at this hotel and when it’s a hot day, the room is extremely hot at night! It was very uncomfortable! They did change our room on the second night, because our first room was just above the spa, which made it worse. However, even when moved away from the spa, it was still very hot in the room!
The second thing that I felt was not good, was the charge for parking. There is nothing around i.e. businesses or houses, they have their own parking lot with plenty of parking, so I found it to be rather “cheap” of them! Especially considering how expensive the hotel is!!
I just felt it was in poor taste to charge for it!

The location is excellent, and the majority of the staff are very courteous. The room is indeed small, though this is consistent with European standards. The bathroom, however, would benefit from some refurbishment, as the bathtub is rather high and requires particular care when entering or exiting.

Everything was just amazing. The staff were wonderful, my room was clean and cozy, The hotel is within walking didtance to shopping, restaurants, and public transportation. I would definitely recommend staying there when visiting Prague.
