The property layout at ground-floor level comprises a spacious reception area, a large open-plan kitchen, a living and dining area featuring a stunning designer kitchen, underfloor heating, a large log-burning fireplace, and the guest bathroom.

Three large double bedrooms complete with hardwood parquet, two of them with en-suite bathrooms and air-conditioned. From the timber-decked roof level, one can take in panoramic country views stretching to Mdina.

The street-side area of the roof is home to a sun-bathing area and a unique Scandinavian-style hot or cold Jacuzzi, ideal for chilling out. A large BBQ area is located on the rear roof terrace. Complementing this residence is a large cellar, high ceilings, and other old-world features, an exquisite blend of old and new.
