Staff were really helpful in solving an issue outside of management’s control (construction drilling noise in nearby building), and moved us without delay. Fantastic property, very clean, exceptional balcony, large room, and a well-sized communal pool. Would recommend!

Location was very central. Breakfast was great. I had a very comfortable stay here. It was a bit expensive but you do get what you pay for. They even have free snacks at 6pm if you stay for 2+ nights

We stayed on the 6th floor and the view was spectacular. The room was large with a gorgeous outdoor terrace but sadly it had not been cleaned. We needed to clean this area before we sat there - we then were able to enjoy this lovely space overlooking the harbour and city. Our room included a small kitchenette - not really suitable to cook a meal. Expedia lists this hotel with a laundry - it does not, you need to pay per item. The staff were kind, thoughtful and very helpful and the breakfast was delicious. The location is walkable to all main attractions, close to restaurants and cafes. Just be aware it is a very difficult place to arrive on foot with large/heavy luggage as there are LOADS of stairs and hills. If you take a cab to the Grand Harbour Hotel (best option)- it is ‘only’ about 50 steps up to the hotel - doable. There are no staff to help you with your luggage as it is a small boutique hotel. Would I stay here again, absolutely, the positives definitely outweigh the negatives.

We had a wonderful stay at the Central Town house, the staff were very friendly and the location was very useful for catching buses to all the places we wanted to go. The room we had contained a washing machine and dishwasher and as we were there for two weeks and a Lidl supermarket was a short ride away from the San Luca bus stop, we decided to cook our own food, including a roast dinner in the spanking new oven. Having said that nathan’s cooked breakfasts which were included in the room price and served until 11am, kept us full all day. We also had a nice balcony that overlooked some gardens and we could see birds and some pipestrelle bats at dusk whilst having our gin and tonics. The owner and his wife were extremely helpful and friendly advising us where to go and how to get there, particularly as it was Victory Day 8 th September and Fort Angelo was the best location to see the celebrations and Regatta. In addition, the owner was very helpful by telling us about the Tallinnj travel cards that gave you unlimited travel on the buses and you could top them up to use them for a Harbour cruise from Sliema around the creeks. The room we stayed in also had a big TV which was good for when the weather was not too good ( one to two days) and reception assistant and waitress called Rupi also gave us good advice about where to get the buses to Mdina, Rabat and the megalithic temples on the island. The security was very high with a code needed to get through the front door.
