Der Eigentümer, der das Hotel erst kürzlich übernommen hat, hat unser "Standardzimmer" ohne zu zögern upgegraded zur "Familiensuite", da diese gerade frei war. So hatten wir enorm viel Platz und eine wunderschöne Aussicht auf das Tal. Wasser gab es kostenfrei auf dem Zimmer, genauso wie nachmittags Kaffee im Restaurant. Das Frühstück war qualitativ sehr hochwertig, sogar mit selbstgemachter Marmelade und Bio-Rührei. Das Hotel...

“Bei Ankunft haben wir ein sehr sauberes Zimmer und Bad vorgefunden. Top!!! Was ich nicht schlecht fande, es gibt auf dem Zimmer zwar keine Kaffeemaschine/Wasserkocher, dafür kann man sich unten an der Lobby aber am Automaten kostenfrei als Hotelgast bedienen. Als Verbesserungspunkte würde ich die, für mich persönlich, viel zu weichen Kissen sehen und den Teppichboden ganz besonders weil auch Haustiere im Hotel erlaubt sind.”

“La estancia fue correcta pero el responsable del hotel no aceptó pagar con tarjeta aunque en la reserva no lo indicaba. Nos obligó a ir a un cajero y sacar el importe total (780€) y pagar en efectivo. Estábamos en medio de la montaña. No aceptó nuestros argumentos, no nos dió el libro de reclamaciones peses a pedirlo insistentemente. Se rió delante de nuestra cara y dijo que no le importaba nada lo que pudiéramos decir. "Bei Ankunft haben wir ein sehr sauberes Zimmer und Bad vorgefunden. Top!!! Was ich nicht schlecht fande, es gibt auf dem Zimmer zwar keine Kaffeemaschine/Wasserkocher, dafür kann man sich unten an der Lobby aber am Automaten kostenfrei als Hotelgast bedienen. Als Verbesserungspunkte würde ich die, für mich persönlich, viel zu weichen Kissen sehen und den Teppichboden ganz besonders weil auch Haustiere im Hotel erlaubt sind."

"Excelente opción de alojamiento. Hotel nuevo, tranquilo, personal amable y profesional, habitación amplia, bien cuidada y limpia, temperatura perfecta. Desayuno bastante completo y delicioso. Precio muy aceptable. Se encuentra muy bien ubicado, pues queda cerca de importantes ciudades alemanas y francesas. También muy bien comunicado, pues encuentra cerca una estación de tren desde la que llegar a distintas ciudades en Alemania y Francia. A 2 minutos a pie, supermercado Kaufland. Sin duda volveríamos a alojarnos en él, muy recomendable."
