"The location being so close to the train station is hard to beat. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The lobby looks very clean and nice, but when we went up to the floor our room was on, it felt like the elevator had transported us somewhere else. It was very industrial and cold. The rooms are very basic. Not super comfortable, but fine. I might stay here again because the location is so convenient, but I'd be better prepared for what to expect."

"Every detail you'd expect from nice and relaxing stay is at this hotel. Staff was absolutely helpful. Purchase with breakfast option is recommended. The hotel is located in between JR Himeji station and Himeji Castle, which was perfect for us to enjoy the area. Strongly recommended!"

They provide everything to your room. There are many staff and thus you can also receive greetings and the help you need. They also offer luggage storage service. "The hotel is central and right next door to Chinatown; minutes from a metro, JR line and buses: opposite a branch of the store Daimarou. A 10 minute walk to the City Museum too. The reception staff were efficient and friendly and went the extra mile to help out with problems. It was nice to have a spacious lounge area with complimentary tea coffee juice most of the day. Some people will miss the usual spacious bath tub but the shower room was super efficient. "
