"Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen. Die Lage der Wohnung ist ideal und für die Fahrräder gibt es einen abgeschlossenen Keller in der Tiefgarage, den die Hausgäste mit ihren Transpondern öffnen können. Zu unserer Wohnung gehörte kein Stellplatz in der Tiefgarage. Das wahr etwas umständlich weil unser kostenpflichtiger Parkplatz ca. 400m entfern war. Man kann aber das Auto vor dem Haus entladen und dafür gibt es auch Transportkarren die in der Tiefgarage stehen, man muß nur einen Chip dabei haben...

"Die Ferienwohnung war sehr gut ausgestattet. Es gab alles, was man braucht. Die Betten waren bezogen und die Handtücher lagen auf dem Bett, welches sehr bequem war. In der Ecke hing sogar ein 2. Fernseher. Das Gebäude hatte Fahrstühle. In unmittelbarer Nähe gab es viele Restaurants, Geschäfte und Kioske und eine Ausleihstation für Fahrräder. Auf der Seebrücke kann man täglich die schönen Sonnenuntergänge beobachten. Wir besuchten auch das Heimatmuseum, welches mit der Kurkarte nichts kostete....

"Wir haben einen sehr schönen Urlaub in Zingst verbracht. Die Wohnung war für unsere Zwecke sehr praktisch, sehr gut ausgestattet, aber leider nicht so sauber,so wie es auch schon mehrere Personen vor uns bemängelt haben. Schade,dass das nicht behoben wird...Der Backofen sah aus, als wäre der letzte Braten explodiert, überall fingerdicke Staubschichten.Der Check-In gestaltete sich auch äußerst kompliziert, es war den (sehr unfreundlichen) Mitarbeitern bei der Schlüsselausgabe nicht möglich, uns 1 Stunde früher in die bezugsfertige Wohnung zu lassen. Leider ist auch die Vermieterin, nach einem Telefonat, unserem Wunsch nicht nachgekommen, dem Personal zu sagen, dass wir rein dürfen. Sie hatte versprochen, anzurufen, als wir ankamen, wussten die Mitarbeiter von nichts. Alles in allem war es aber ein sehr schöner Urlaub mit tollem Wetter!"

"Ein knuffiges Häuschen für 2 -3 Personen, eine super Lage: schnell am Strand (ca. 8 min. zu Fuß), das Restaurant Kranichrast (sehr zu empfehlen) ca. gute 5 min. zu Fuß erreichbar. Häuschen grundsätzlich solide ausgestattet und Zingst Mitte auch in 10-15 min fußläufig erreichbar (inkl. Seebrücke f.f. Hafen etc). Die gesamte Abwicklung mit Vermieter u. Hausdame war perfekt. Wir hatten einen schönen Aufenthalt im Haus und Zingst."
