Für Fahrräder keine Unterstellmöglichkeit und nur wenig Möglichkeiten sie anzuschließen. Die beiden Parkplätze zum Be- und Entladen vor dem Haus waren sehr häufig vom Hausmeisterservice, Reinigungskräften oder Handwerkern blockiert.
