"Leider haben wir diese Wohnung in keinem guten Zustand angetroffen. Sie war nicht geputzt ( Haare, Staub, Spaghetti auf dem Boden), die Verdunkelung im Schlafzimmer ist kaputt, das Sofa ist hart.
