A special highlight is the wellness room with jacuzzi and sauna, perfect for complete relaxation at any time of day.An additional terrace with comfortable garden furniture is ideal for a morning coffee or evening relaxation while enjoying the sunset. The spacious and bright interior exudes elegance – the open-plan living room with a modern kitchen and dining area is complemented by a fireplace, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere.The villa offers two elegant bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, and an additional bathroom in the living area. Large glass doors connect the interior with the outdoor space, creating perfect harmony between the home and nature.Outside, you’ll find a private pool with a sunbathing area and eight loungers, ideal for soaking up the sun, reading a book, or enjoying a glass of wine. Fully equipped, the villa is perfect for families with children as well as couples looking for a peaceful getaway.\*It is possible to rent 3 standard bicycles and 1 e-bike for an additional charge of €10 per day per bike!
