I was impressed with the service, cleanliness and amenities at the hotel. We ate at the restaurant at the bar on two occasions, and it was pleasant with a nice view. All the staff were friendly. We used the spa and that was also very nice and relaxing.

Super clean, friendly staff, altitude worth it, and the best view from our hotel room in the altitude tower. Daniela was the best and we loved the senses restaurant :)

The villa and property grounds were beautiful, the food was not good and at and the service wasn’t must better... slow service and even slower butler, which we paid for.. we saw him one time
