“Is an OK hotel, no more than 3 stars. We had a bad experience, the AC did not work, we informed the staff, who were very helpful and professional, but even after the technician visited our room the AC still did not work properly. The room was HOT the entire stay (4 nights), it fell like 28-30C inside, and sleeping was horrible with the room so hot. Also, the windows are not sound proof, or at least ours were not, as the noise from the street is heard inside clearly, and there is a dico club……

Hotel taxi was also awesome, señor Jorge and Diego. Will easily recommend this place to anyone who wants to stay in Bogota close to good restaurants, shopping malls and nightlife activities. Also in short distance of medical center (clinica Santa Fe).”

“La verdad pensé que el alojamiento era un hotel, pero es más bien un Air B&B. El detalle es que no hay nadie en recepcion. Y si bien me mandaron mensajes un dia antes, la verdad es que fue una suerte poder haberlos recibido puesto que tuve problemas con el internet en el extranjero, pero gracias a Dios justo cuandp me escribieron estuve en un restaurante con internet. Seguro no hubiera podido entrar de no ser por esto.”

“Excellent team excellent staff excellent location very clean and accessible. They did charge me $15 for a small towel that I used to clean up some coffee. We all know that that towel can be cleaned Clorox, but it is what it is overall a good trip I rate them a nine out of 10.”
