House Roy, 3 room apartment in the redeveloped house

  • Beautiful 85 sqm apartment with terrace and garden. The apartment has two spacious bedrooms, a large kitchen and a large bathroom with shower and bath. The apartment was renovated in autumn 2018 and is in top condition. The rooms are very quiet despite the central location. Shopping possibilities are in the immediate vicinity. Aldi and Edekamarkt are about 400 meters away.
    The grounds of the Landesgartenschau and two lakes invite to long walks.
