And the restaurant for breakfast is fantastic and the Le chalet for dinner is very special and delicious and the staff there too is truly fantastic. Staff service was not very helpful, stay for a week and the hotel room key don’t work after you went out for the day. When asked the staff instead of apologising it, they blamed you for putting the room key near to electronic devices. Nevertheless if it happen once or twice fair enough but is everyday.

Property was nice from outside. Room was sweltering and no ac turns on until June per management. Bathroom sink drain clogged . Need to update policies for existing customers if they want repeat business. Did like coffee maker and free shuttle to airport.

Very poor services by the staff and very Rude behaviour. 2pm checkin time given by Expedia but as per them it is only 3:pm so have to wait for another one hour No one is there to clean the room every day. We strongly recommend not to take this hotel for your future staying👎
