“Near the airport. Very clean and spacious. Staff members are kind. WiFi was Ok. Sometimes it wont work but they have several you can switch. Water heater needs to improve. We are used to cold water but Cusco is very very cold. And hot water would be nice. ”

“We stayed for two separate nights before and after Inca Trail tour. Both of the rooms are comfortable, beds are comfortable. The breakfast buffet is excellent with so much to choose, and many of the food is from the local area. We also took pictures with the cute baby alpaca in the garden. The hotel is located just few minutes walk from the main square, but it's quiet. Unfortunately we didn't have time to join the pisco sour class.”

"It was definitely our most wonderful experience in Peru. The free airport pick up service, friendly staff, live music show, clean and spacial room(they upgraded our room for free! What surprises me the most was the hot water bag hidden in our quilt. How thoughtful is that! 100/100 recommend especially considering the cheap price!! Would def come back next time. "

"I stayed there for three nights with friend traveling to Peru for sightseeing. The hotel is clean and is located in nice location about ten minutes walk to plaza de Armas. The staff are very friendly and professional. There is a court yard for tea, between restaurant and lounge, making guests feel comfortable. However hardware in the hotel is getting old. I saw elevator was not working for one day. When I first moved into room #202, wifi was not working since signal was too weak. They let me switched to different room. Toilet flush was a little slow. Breakfast was nice but selection is limited. Given the price I paid to be compared with hotels I stayed in other cities of Peru, I can only give 4 star rating since price performance ratio is not the best. "
