"I have stayed at this hotel many times in the past when going to Pismo. This is the first time I came back after it has been touched up. It is a nice and quiet place to stay, located near highway 1 but you could hardly hear the traffic. Location is a short drive to stores, beach, and pier."

The parking lot had construction on the pavement because it was blocked off with a black tarp so we couldn't park next to our room so that was the downside. I think the continental breakfast is made just for kids only not for adults. Not a hearty breakfast just enough to get by."

"This is one of, if not the, best places I’ve stayed! Both hotel/motel & AirBnB. Gorgeous, quiet, great market with local coffee & THe BEST breakfast burrito I’ve ever had. Staff was amazing!! We called for an early arrival time due to a wedding. Not only did they accommodate us 2 hours early, they returned my call when they said they would. The room was amazing! Big space, large bathroom, comfortable bed, great shower. Cant say enough great things ! Definitely will stay here again. "
