A beautiful hotel with excellent facilities. We had a wonderful stay. The staff were amazing, especially James, who went out of his way to make us welcome. He is a true gentleman and a true asset to The Grand Hotel Du Lac.

I had a very pleasant stay at Hanoi Solis Hotel. The room was comfortable and clean, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay.
I would especially like to thank Liz. She was always kind, attentive, and professional, and made sure I was comfortable during my stay. Her warm and thoughtful service made a very good impression on me.
I would be happy to stay here again on my next visit to Hanoi.

Had a wonderful stay at this hotel. It is in a great location. The entire staff were amazing. Louisa at reception checked us in and was friendly and very thorough. My at concierge was so helpful. He truly went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of. Vaneorie at breakfast was friendly and provided excellent customer service. Thanks to them and the rest of the team for making my stay enjoyable. Highly recommended.
