“When I arrived, even though I had a reservation confirmation on my phone, there was no room for me. The desk clerk said I did not have a reservation in their system. My email from Expedia told me that I did, and I showed it to the clerk, but it made no difference. I was out in the cold without a room. I had to make other arrangements after driving 11 hours to get there.”

“Some things were nicely kept and some were not. Mold in the shower on the silicone edges no extra pillows or blankets. TV guide was very confusing.
